CAMPING REGULATIONS

1 – ADMISSION TO THE CAMPING

All campers with independent means of overnight accommodation or who are hosted in mobile homes, family air lodges, safari tents, mobile tents or air lodges can be admitted to the complex upon presentation of an identification document.
Admission is concluded after the campsite management, in compliance with the camper’s request and having transcribed his personal details and any other required data, accompanies him to the designated place specifying the limits.
Admission implies prior acceptance without reservation:
1) of this regulation;
2) of the internal regulations, rules, institutions, methods, notices and prescriptions that will be issued by the management through signs or other means of communication;
3) observance of public morality, good customs and health and hygiene provisions;
4) assistance, protection and custody of minors and responsibility for damage caused by them;
The Management, taking into account previous bookings, the rotation of campers and their maximum number allowed, may or may not accept the request without any obligation to give reasons.

2 – CAMPER RIGHTS

The camper acquires, from the moment of his admission and for the entire duration of his stay, the right to use the area granted to him (pitch) and the benefit of the ordinary services of the complex.

3- CAMPER DUTIES AND LIMITS

The camper is required to comply with the following rules:
1) Staying in the campsite is reserved exclusively for people belonging to your family unit and that of your entourage, provided that they are regularly registered at the time of admission.
2) The admission or otherwise of daily visitors or those who intend to stay with the camper will be decided by the Management, at its sole discretion, even if there are family ties between the aforementioned. However, admission will not give the guest the right to install tents or additional equipment to those already installed by his host.
3) The campsite staff can, at any time of the day, check the campers and any visitors present at the stations, the number of which must correspond to that registered with the Management. Campers who fail to register their family members or guests will be charged a fee equal to double that foreseen in the rates for the stay. 4) Campers are absolutely prohibited from making even partial fences, with any material, and from modifying or damaging those prepared by the Management.
5) It is forbidden to light fires, carry out excavations or damage plants. Campers are personally responsible for any damage caused to the camping equipment and plants even if caused by their family members or guests. Fires are only permitted with barbecues along side streets.
6) Campers are not permitted to install additional tents in addition to their own (i.e. camper or caravan) and other particular equipment even if they occupy the area (pitch) granted for use unless authorized by the Management.
7) The use of radios, televisions or any other musical instrument is permitted within the limits of acoustic tolerance, as they must not disturb the tranquility and tranquility of the campsite. However, the use of such devices or instruments during rest hours from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does not comply with the warning will have to comply, otherwise they will have to leave the campsite.
8) The circulation of vehicles, mopeds and motor vehicles in the campsite, including arrivals and departures of crews, is prohibited during rest hours from 2pm to 4pm and from 11pm to 9am; during rest hours access will be blocked via an automated bar at the entrance to the campsite. 9) Access to dogs (or cats) is permitted only if kept on a leash and it is the owners’ obligation to keep the campsite clean in case they make a mess. However, entry to the private beach is prohibited from May/June to September pursuant to beach ordinance no. 34/2021 of the Port Authority of Pozzallo.
10) Infringements of this regulation, whatever they may be, give the Management the right to immediately terminate any contractual relationship with the non-compliant camper and, therefore, to arrange for his/her removal from the campsite in accordance with the law.

4 – OPENING OF THE CAMP

The campsite carries out its activity for the period foreseen by the administrative authorization displayed in the Management.

5 – RESPONSIBILITY FOR THINGS BELONGING TO THE CAMPER

The campsite management does not carry out the custody service of objects and valuables or any other property owned by campers. Therefore, the Management is absolutely not responsible for losses, thefts and damages to campers’ property, of whatever nature or type. However, all objects and valuables found within the campsite must be immediately handed over to the Management who will return them to their legitimate owners.

6 – LIVING ROOM

1) Upon expiry of the agreed deadline, the camper is required to vacate the pitch granted to him by 11:00 am and all accommodation by 10:00 am on the day of departure. In case of failure to return on the established date, the camper is required to give the Management the amount up to the date of actual return calculated on the basis of the daily rates, except for damages resulting from the delayed return of the area (pitch) or accommodation.
2) If after the expiry of the deadline the camper leaves without vacating the area (pitch) granted to him of his things and assets (including tents, caravan equipment) the Management is authorized without further formalities to issue formal notices or judicial measures to remove under his care, depositing them at the municipal office or an authorized deposit with all expenses borne entirely by the defaulting camper.
3) Failure to enjoy, partially or totally, the pitch, mobile home, family air lodge, safari tent, mobile tent or air lodge by the customer for his own specific reason cannot constitute an entitlement to request and obtain a reduction or refund even partial of the amount due and/or paid by them.

7 – RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1) Confirmation: the booking confirmation is valid: in the case of a bank transfer, after the property has received and accounted for it, in the case of a credit card or PayPal, after the positive outcome of the operation; only after these results will the structure send a communication via e-mail or chat confirming the booking.
2) Deposit: at the time of booking, a deposit of 40% of the total cost of confirmed services is required.
3) Payment: payment for the entire period, requested and accepted, must be made in advance upon arrival.
4) Cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation of the stay, within 60 days from the beginning of the stay, 30% of the deposit paid will be retained (the minimum amount that is retained is €50); within 30 days of the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained (the minimum amount that is retained is €100); after this deadline no sum will be refunded. The communication of cancellation of the reservation must be sent only and exclusively in writing via email to the following address: cancellation@campingluminoso.com.
We do not accept cancellations communicated via telephone, mobile phone, chat of various types.
