welcome to our campsite and thank you for choosing us as your holiday destination.

With this document we are pleased to inform you about all the services that we offer our guests.

Office opening times:
Sunday: 09:00 – 13:00 / 15:00 – 19:30
Monday: 08:30 – 13:00 / 15:00 – 19:30

Silence time: Quiet hours: every day from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 9:00 it is forbidden to drive with cars, camper vans, air campers, scooters and vehicles in general, and we ask you to lower your tone of voice. Should you decide to leave the campsite with your own vehicle, you may return no later than 22:59, the barrier at the campsite entrance will be closed from 23:00 and you may not enter.

The barrier at the entrance to the campsite will be closed from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 9:00.

Check-in times: for the campsite from 9:00 a.m. if the pitch is available, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.; in mobile homes, air lodges family, safari tents, mobile tents and  air lodge from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Check-out times: for the campsite by 11 a.m. For mobile homes, air lodge family, safari tents, mobile tents and air lodges by 10 a.m. Cars are allowed in no earlier than 9 a.m.

Camping entrance gate: open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; outside these hours, the gate can be opened by hand (sliding gate) to enter and exit but must be closed again.

Exit/sea camping gate: open from 7.00 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Parking gate: sliding with hand opening.

Payment: payment in cash or instant bank transfer is preferred. ATM, credit and debit cards are accepted.

Personal bathrooms: each crew will be given a key to a personal bathroom, if requested and used (a deposit of 10 euros will be required for the key) subject to availability for exclusive use, otherwise it will be shared with another crew. The bathroom is delivered clean and sanitised. Daily cleaning is the responsibility of the families using the bathroom (not the management). Daily cleaning can be requested at a daily cost of 4 euros to 8 euros depending on the season.

Hot showers: open 24h and no charge, proper use without excessive waste is encouraged (6 in the orange group with anti-shower)

Laundry: washing machines and tumble drier cost 6,50 euro and take € 0.50, € 1.00 e € 2.00.  They have a capacity of 10 kg. Ironing board and iron are available from the office (free).

Guests: please advise reception on their arrival. They have to exhibit their ID documents. It is free up to 3 hours, if they do not use our services (beach, hot showers and toilets). If in these 3 hours they will use our services, they will pay as to our price list.

Chemical waste toilet: it is situated in the orange toilet block behind the hot showers on the main road. In order to download grey water please ask in the reception.

Camper service: it is situated opposite the reception. It is possible to download only grey water and upload potable water. Downloading time: every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Please respect this schedule.

Potable water: you will find it along the central road behind the hedges or in a stone fountain in the orange group in front of the toilet number 9. 

Rent a car: please ask information at the reception. It is forbidden to smoke inside the car.

Mobile phone recharge: all the telephone line managers. Please ask at the reception.

Wi-Fi: it covers the entire campsite and costs € 1 per day. In July and August, the price is € 2 (code deadline at midnight). It works just for one item. Ask for username and password at the reception.

Transfer: for transfers to or from Comiso and Catania airports please ask at the reception.

Services directly on the campsite:

– Bread, croissants, pizza and pastries: every day from 8:00 a.m. until about 8:30 a.m. and from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. in front of the campsite entrance (also on Sundays and holidays).

– Fruit and vegetables: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from approx. 10:30 a.m., along the main campsite road.

– Meat: on Tuesdays and Saturdays at approx. 9:00 a.m., along the campsite’s main road.

– Home-made ice cream and slushies: daily: mornings at approx. 8:00 a.m. and afternoons from approx. 4:00 p.m., along the campsite main road (spring period but mainly summer: June, July, August and September).

– Fish: daily (except Sunday) at approx. 8:00 a.m., depending on the availability of fresh fish, outside the campsite.
